Our Call Centre is a Customer Interaction Centre providing fast and comprehensive information and customer service over the phone. Indeed, it is a One-Stop-Shop solution where the calling customer is provided with the appropriate service, round the clock.
We utilise an Automatic Call Distributor, or ACD and CTI to identify each and every call and to greet the caller with a customised response. All calls that come in are recorded in a database and this data is available for analysis, future marketing campaigns and strategy development.
We use technological tools internally to integrate all customer/prospect contact channels, and externally, we are technologically flexible to integrate our activities with your existing marketing, sales and customer development teams.
